Nurse Practitioner New

Since 2015, we manage two employer-sponsored clinics in Garden City and in Dodge City, KS. Currently employing 7 nurse practitioners, 1 dietitian, and 3 social workers, to deliver a comprehensive primary and preventative healthcare program.

Our model is exclusively centered around nurse practitioners in the belief that their educational background and professional expertise is the perfect match to deliver at the same time, to the populations we serve, healthcare and healthcare education. 

We are looking for nurse practitioners who feel a particular connection to the communities they live in and want to use their education and their experience to help patients find that moment when they start to take better care of themselves.

We are a merit-based organization, with minimal administration and bureaucracy: all that matters is what we give to our patients, in terms of ease of access and quality of care.
